@Brian Price Best thing to cover up grey hair is to lose most of your hair, then the grey looks dignified. But then once you start losing your hair at your age, the best thing to do is shave the rest off. Not speaking from experience here.

I hope you like it – I have frozen all mine and take one out each morning so it is ready after the first row – however they have not been thawing fast enough and I drink off the early melt leaving a gritty late melt…but for a completely melted shake it is very good!

i remember the first time you flipped (or close to the first). funny. i can re-tell you the story sometime if you like. there was a life lesson in there that i taught you that you may not have listened to though! ha ha!

Very cold water here – WTF? I’m from Canada and have huge expectations on California, but it’s warmer in Victoria right now. So ironic. Besides, are you really going to compare apples to oranges here?
